Kursus \u201cBioteknologi Marin dan Bioprospeksi\u201d ini melibatkan pemahaman tentang aplikasi bioteknologi marin dalam konteks ekonomi biru. Ia juga merangkumi penggunaan alat teknologi seperti GIS dan pelbagai teknologi omik untuk menilai biodiversiti serta sumber marin. Salah satu komponen utama kursus ini ialah keupayaan untuk menilai cabaran ekologi, sosial, dan ekonomi yang berkaitan dengan inovasi bio marin. Selain itu, pelajar akan mempelajari cara mencadangkan strategi yang beretika, inklusif, dan lestari.
